Patient Testimonials
Five Star Rating

Andrew Federer, MD, Hand Specialist, Orthopedic Surgeon

Andrew Federer, MD

I liked his upbeat personality and his willingness to take a conservative approach to treatment.
Unlike other medical experiences, Dr. Federer had actually read the patient file and tests prior to walking in the patient room! He was informed, asked pertinent questions, and answered all my concerns... as did his staff!
I'm very glad I sought out Dr Federer for a second opinion. My injury feels much better thanks to his advice, and my mind was set at ease.
Dr. Federer has been very informative about my course of treatment. A prior Dr. wanted to do some radical surgery that would have involved removing a section of bone in my wrist to shorten the bone. Dr. Federer while familiar with the procedure has advised against it due to dangers of complications including bone infections, lack of healing and a less than stellar success ratios. We are working together to get to a successful healing or at least working solution to my wrist pain. Building trust is very important when getting medical help.
Knowledgeable, easy going yet very professional manner, respectful
Everyone was kind and helpful. Dr. Federer was insightful and I hope to continue to work with him while dealing with my ongoing condition. He gave me hope that we can find a plan to help me regain function of my wrist.
The doctor was excellent, to the point with good explanation of my situation and treatment plan.
Knowledgeable and great explaining procedures and treatment plan. Listened to me about concerns and addressed all questions I had.
Everyone is friendly and positive, and they answer all my questions thoughtfully and kindly.
Dr. Federer was superb. He explained the Xray results clearly, discussing my options for treatment. His shot technique is spot on! Cannot rave enough about this man and my treatment.
My first visit with this provider . He listened to me and my needs and gave me the answers to my questions in a clear and transparent manner.
Dr Federer is very smart and knowledgeable. He is dedicated to providing the best for his patients.
Believe he has my beat interests at heart and I totally trust him
Courteous, on time, knowledgable, with clear explanations of diagnosis and options. Very productive visit.
Dr was friendly, respectful and very clear about the procedure. He answered all of my questions and explained the pros and cons of the procedure. I felt very assured that my decisions were the correct ones. All of the other staff were very professional, as well.
The staff was very nice. Very concerned . Had my care in mind the whole time. kept asking me how I was doing all the time. Very excellent care.
Very nice and friendly doctor and technicians who remember you and take personal interest in your recovery.
Friendly, Kind, supportive, and helpful. Even though my situation was not a medical emergency nor a dire health risk, I feel like he listened, took my issue seriously and had empathy for me. I would definitely go back to him for treatment!!
Dr. Federer had a difficult task in repairing my elbow and wrist that I broke in an accident. He went above and beyond to come up with the best way to do the surgery. I am very fortunate that he did my surgery so efficiently!
