A Conservative, Patient-First Approach
Dr. Federer has been very informative about my course of treatment. A prior doctor wanted to do some radical surgery that would have involved removing a section of bone in my wrist to shorten the bone. Dr. Federer, while familiar with the procedure, advised against it due to the dangers of complications including bone infections, lack of healing and a less than stellar success ratio. We are working together to get to a successful healing solution. Building trust is very important when getting medical help.
