Join the Movement Disorders Center at the annual Rocky Mountain Huntington's Disease Family Education Day. The theme of this year's symposium is "Living Well Today with Huntington's Disease." We are excited to feature the following talks this year:
- Important HD Research Updates
- Eating Well with HD
- Moving Well with HD
- Avoiding Unplanned Hospital Stays
- Emotional Well-being
In addition, we look forward to hearing from the board members of the Rocky Mountain HDSA Chapter.
The day will offer plenty of opportunity to connect with the Huntington's disease community, including local providers, patients, families, and advocates. Breakfast and lunch will be provided, along with an ice cream social at the end of the day.
This event is free, but registration is encouraged to ensure accurate headcounts.
