Get Involved

Join us in this effort to support patients who are seeking to overcome the grip of opioid use disorder (OUD). By participating in this research study, you are supporting all primary care practices in the nation that want to provide the most effective evidence-based treatments for their individual patients.

Participating practices will help identify 6-20 patients (average 12) to participate in the study over a 12-month period. Practices will receive compensation for the number of patients enrolled and their participation in the study.

Sign up now before our roster is full!  Complete the HOMER Interest Survey (or scan the QR code) to sign up, or click here for more information.

Reach out to any of the following team members for more information:

  • Linda Zittleman, MSPH, Principal Investigator (linda.zittleman@cuanschutz.edu)

  • Ben Sofie, MSW, Study Project Manager (benjamin.sofie@cuanschutz.edu)
