The Minority and Allied Resident Council (MARC)

GME Group PhotoThe Minority and Allied Residency Council was founded to create a space to connect minorities and allies to each other across specialties and hospitals, to grow a community for support and healing, and to craft a collective voice for minority residents and fellows on our campuses. It exists within the CU School of Medicine’s Office of Diversity & Inclusion and through  with support from the CU Alumni office. In addition to community building, we are committed to enabling mentorship from minority faculty, providing mentorship for medical and pipeline students, scholarship in diversity, equity and inclusion, minority patient community outreach and recruitment of diverse and inclusive candidates to our graduate medical programs. We are always looking for leaders and allies to join our mission. Please consider joining our council by signing up here: https://forms.gle/JjtE8Vzq3rwNQeus6, or contacting:
