Research Interests
I am interested in how events that occur across one’s lifespan influence psychological reactions and substance use, especially in individuals with chronic pain. In my dissertation, I am specifically looking at how childhood experiences, both positive and negative, work together to impact pain, substance use, and reactions to pain in adulthood.
About Me
I am currently living in Fresno, California as part of my predoctoral internship in the California Psychological Internship Consortium (CPIC) site, State Center Community College District (SCCCD). Here, I am currently providing therapy, assessment, and outreach services to community college students. In my free time I enjoy making art, watching movies, dancing, and traveling.
The RM-CRC is located on the 5th floor of the Anschutz Health Sciences Building.
