The Davila Lab aims to understand the cellular and molecular signals that promote the generation of potent and long-lasting tumor-specific T cell responses. Research is not focused on any single cancer type, and instead on immunotherapeutic strategies applicable across various tumor types.
The Wilky Lab investigates the sarcoma immune microenvironment and immunotherapy combinations by studying the the interaction between sarcomas, bone cancers, and soft tissues with the immune system, aiming to overcome resistance using combinations of immune-boosting therapies with chemotherapies.
