The Sabaawy lab is interested in precision medicine for cancer and aims to identify stem cell targets, genetic modifiers, and small molecule inhibitors that will ultimately improve survival rates for cancer patients. In the era of personalized medicine, the Sabaawy lab will work to design therapies that target each individual cellular vulnerability, not limited to cancer.
