A science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) education outreach program at the University of Colorado Boulder. Science Discovery manages programs that engage K-12 students and teachers in STEM and connect public audiences with the STEM research happening at CU Boulder.

Village Farms at Stanley Marketplace | Working to reduce food insecurity, the Farm grows culturally-appropriate produce for refugee and immigrant communities. The Farm creates a space for youth and adult learning that bridges communities in a welcoming outdoor space.

The Farm…

- Distributes 50% of its produce to the Village Pantry; the remainder is distributed equally among partner organizations and small businesses
Cultivates 7 distinct types of chiles, representing 4 countries’ cuisines
Houses 30,000 honeybees in two new beehives
