POSTER SESSION INFORMATION
Abstract Deadline: Monday, August 10th
Poster Abstract Guidelines
Poster size maximum is 46 inches x 46 inches.**
Format:
- Title
- All authors (poster presenter first and underlined; lab PI last)
- Affiliations
- Abstract text
Abstracts MUST be:- file name starts with your last name (eg. Jones, I_CIMCAbstract.pdf)
- no longer than 30 lines* (total submission length including title and authors)
- 11-12 font size
- single spaced
* Seriously, space is limited on the page. If your abstract is longer than this, it will be cut off at the end of the page, mid sentence. *
