    Innate Immunity

    The Innate Immunity Program provides a structured environment for the selection, development, application, interpretation and optimization of immunoassays that interrogate relevant preclinical and clinical gastrointestinal or liver pathologies at the molecular, cellular and organized tissue level.

    Animal Model

    The Animal Model Program provides expertise and services in developing animal models of inflammatory injury of the GI tract and liver

    Microbiome

    The Microbiome Program provides high-quality services as well as training in innovative microbiological techniques.

    Biorepository

    The Biorepository Program fosters interaction and collaboration by offering an efficient, cost -effective mechanism to provide well-defined patient-derived tissues

    Inflammation and Cancer

    The Inflammation and Cancer Program expands inter-disciplinary collaborations in the topical area of GI and liver cancer models.
