Livestream 6:00 - 7:30 p.m. MT

This February, our Let’s Talk event is focused on metabolism — how it affects thyroid health, weight loss, and general health outcomes. If you’ve ever felt confused about why your body seems to change over time or why certain habits feel harder than they used to, you’re not alone. Metabolism is influenced by everything from hormones to daily routines. During this session, we’ll break down common myths, share easy, realistic steps that support overall health, and talk about when it might make sense to check in with a healthcare provider.

The in-person event will take place at:
UCHealth Conference Center - Bruce Schroffel Auditorium, Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion 2, 12505 E 16th Ave #2, Aurora, CO 80045
Please register by noon on Friday, January 30. For more information, email [email protected]
