The Colorado Organ Revitalization Program is building a back-to-base organ perfusion program to help increase the number of organs available for transplant and improve organ quality through advanced perfusion and storage. By creating this program within our transplant center, we aim to expand transplant opportunities and improve care for patients in need.
Our mission is to intergate organ perfusion technology into transplant medicine through a dedicated, translational back-to-base perfusion center to improve organ quality, expand the donor pool, accelerate therapeutic innovation, and ultimately deliver better outcomes for transplant recipients.
