Toxicology

iC42 Clinical Research and Development is a service center at the University of Colorado established by the School of Medicine’s Department of Anesthesiology in 2001.

Our goal is to carry out pre-clinical and clinical drug development programs, to assist basic science departments to bring drug candidates into clinical development, to support clinician/scientists in planning, conducting, bioanalytics, pharmacokinetic and statistic analysis and reporting/publication and to serve as a resource for the biotech and pharmaceutical industry.

iC42 was created to be a leader in the evaluation of pharmacokinetics, drug metabolism and the development of clinical diagnostic tools.

Our team carries out research and development projects including molecular marker discovery, translational research, strategy development and the identification of molecular mechanisms.

We are always interested in projects in proteomics, metabolomics, molecular markers, custom methodologies and pediatric pharmacokinetics.

We encourage and seek out successful collaborations and strategic partnerships Currently, iC42 collaborates with more than 40 entities including academic groups, biotech and pharmaceutical companies all over the world.
