Chief Medical Officer, Salud Family Health Centers
Dr. Farley, associate professor in the University of Colorado Department of Family Medicine, is chief medical officer of Salud, a migrant/community health center with clinics across northeast Colorado. Before this he was in private practice in upstate New York and in west Texas directing two federally qualified rural health centers prior to moving to Colorado. Dr. Farley has implemented a variety of successful integrated care models in New York, Texas, and Colorado. His research interests include integrated primary care, health disparities, community health, racism in healthcare, and immigrant health. He is vice-chair of the National Association of Community Health Centers Behavioral Health and HIV Committee. He is also on the board of directors of the Farley Center for Peace, Justice, and Sustainability in Wisconsin.
