As Chief Strategy Officer at cliexa, she leads strategic partnerships, policy development, and internal operations for the company’s AI-powered clinical intelligence platform, which integrates real-time clinical and billing insights directly into EMRs to enhance care delivery and financial performance. Katherine’s role bridges policy and market strategy, advancing the responsible adoption of AI in health systems nationwide.
Previously, Katherine served as Senior Vice President & Chief Strategy Officer at the Colorado Hospital Association, where she directed advocacy, policy, and external affairs for more than 100 hospitals representing $40 billion in annual revenue. Under her leadership, CHA influenced the creation of over 500 state laws, protected Colorado’s $5 billion hospital provider fee, and expanded access to care for hundreds of thousands of Coloradans.
