Dr. Saseen has received many accolades for his teaching and mentoring prowess. He teaches in the Entry Level and North American-Trained PharmD programs. His primary focus areas relate to preventive cardiology and rheumatology. He is director of the Pharmacotherapy 2 and the Intersession courses, and he precepts post-graduate year 2 ambulatory care pharmacy residents. He’s also the residency program director of the ASHP-accredited Ambulatory Care pharmacy residency. As a clinical pharmacist in family medicine, Dr. Saseen practices at the University of Colorado Family Medicine Clinic in Stapleton. This is an inter-professional setting, and the primary clinical teaching site for the CU Family Medicine Residency Program. He conducts research and other scholarly activities related to pharmacotherapy and other clinical innovations related to ambulatory care.
