Community Engagement / Practice Transformation SpecialistStephanie is the Community Engagement and Practice Transformation Specialist at the Farley Health Policy Center and an instructor in the University of Colorado Department of Family Medicine. Her work supports the development of multi-stakeholder teams in practices and communities that adopt sustainable, evidence-based, patient-centered methods to achieve improved patient and family experience, improved outcomes and decreased costs of care. She has expertise in stakeholder engagement, consensus building and behavioral health integration.
