CU is working with the vendor to investigate and resolve the issue. CU does not control the platform. We cannot provide a timeline for resolution. Stephanie is the Community Engagement and Practice Transformation Specialist at the Farley Health Policy Center and an instructor in the University of Colorado Department of Family Medicine. She has been working in quality improvement and practice transformation since 2006, collaborating with project partners and stakeholders in practice transformation initiatives including the Comprehensive Primary Care Initiative, Advancing Care Together, EvidenceNOW, the Transforming Clinical Practice Initiative and the Colorado State Innovation Model. Her work supports the development of multi-stakeholder teams in practices and communities that adopt sustainable, evidence-based, patient-centered methods to achieve improved patient and family experience, improved outcomes and decreased costs of care. She has expertise in stakeholder engagement, consensus building and behavioral health integration.
