We are committed to promoting, developing, and maintaining positive working relationships.
PATH (Professional excellence, Accountability, Trust & Humanism), formerly known as the Office for Faculty Relations (OFR), advises and supports individuals and leaders such as department and division chairs, program directors, and the Dean of the School of Medicine in managing performance and behavioral concerns.
PATH establishes and holds faculty accountable to standards of excellence appropriate for faculty positions and makes referrals to other campus resources. Our scope includes University of Colorado School of Medicine paid faculty and School of Medicine trainees.
For student concerns, see SOM Medical Student Professionalism Committee.
