Study Overview

  • Peer-led small group program
  • Guided discussions + shared meals
  • Focus on meaning, resilience, and identity

Eligibility

  • CU SOM faculty ≥0.5 FTE
  • Clinicians, APPs, researchers, mental health providers, etc.

Commitment

  • Six in-person shared meals over six months ·
  • Four surveys (baseline, six, nine, 12 months)
  • Optional interview

How to Join

  • Join a pre-formed group (6-8 people) OR
  • Be matched into a group

Compensation

  • $25 per survey
  • $50 interview
  • Up to $125/meal reimbursement
  • $250 facilitator incentive

  • Randomized start (immediate vs 12 months)

  • Structured learning + facilitated group meals
  • Designed to strengthen supportive leadership skills

Eligibility

  • CU SOM faculty ≥0.5 FTE
  • Supervise five or more direct reports

Commitment

  • Six in-person shared meals over six months
  • Six self-paced learning modules
  • Three surveys (baseline, six, and either nine or 12 months)
  • Optional interview

How to Join

  • Sign up solo and be placed into a group of eight School of Medicine Leaders

Compensation

  • $20 per survey
  • $50 interview
  • Up to $125/meal reimbursement
  • $250 facilitator incentive
