Advanced Practice Fellowships

The University of Colorado School of Medicine in partnership with University of Colorado Hospital offers fully benefited post-graduate fellowships designed for newly graduated or early career APPs, as well as those seeking to transition into a new specialty. These structured, post-graduate programs integrate hands-on clinical experience, in-depth didactic education, and mentorship through carefully designed curricula that help fellows build the competence and confidence needed to practice independently. Fellows are immersed in their chosen discipline, working alongside and learning from experienced clinicians who are leaders in their fields.

Upon completion, our fellows graduate as highly prepared clinicians — equipped with the skills, knowledge, confidence and experience to deliver exceptional care and contribute meaningfully to their teams.

  • Our current Advanced Practice fellowship offerings include Emergency Medicine, Gastroenterology, Internal Medicine, Hospital Medicine, Neurology, Palliative Care, and Surgery/Critical Care.
