Understanding/explained condition well

Dr. Ennis is awesome. She's very cordial. She takes the time to explain what's going on with my pain a d gave great suggestions and/or recommendations.

Dr Hayley Ennis is very good with a wonderful attitude toward her patients welfare and success.

She really listens and remembers (even if she cheats and looks at notes, she acts as if she remembers). With other surgeons I have felt like a number, i feel like she really listens to me.

I was impressed with the thoroughness of the appointment. Dr. Ennis was excellent at explaining the situation and reviewing my records and came up with a care plan that I feel confident in.

Dr. Ennis listened to my concerns and answered my questions in detail. She provided excellent insights into the recovery process and was empathetic to what I was worried about.

She fixed my knee and it's absolutely perfect now. I can't believe it. It's miraculous.

The staff and doctor were friendly, professional, and attentive. I was pleased with their courtesy and care.

My provider was very knowledgeable and had a good bedside manner. My provider answered all my questions promptly and exuded confidence. Even took the time to elaborate on the answer beyond the bare minimum.
