iC42’s Quality Assurance Unit conducts regular audits consisting of process, system, data, and facility audits, for the duration of the task/study. The results of all audits are reported to iC42’s Management and to the Sponsor when data may be compromised.

• The EPA's Good Laboratory Practices Standards Compliance Monitoring Program (GLP)
• The Biorepository Accreditation Program of the College of American Pathologists (CAP) and
• The Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services
