Tim DeGrado, Ph.D., is the Director of the University of Colorado’s Research Imaging Center. Dr. DeGrado received his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Medical Physics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He completed post-doctoral
training in PET radiochemistry and Nuclear Medicine at Kernforschungsanlage Juelich, Germany, and the University of Michigan, respectively. Dr. DeGrado’s research interests have included metabolic imaging of myocardial energy
metabolism, tumor metabolism, gene expression monitoring, neurodegeneration, radioisotope production and radiopharmacology. Dr. DeGrado joined the faculty at the University of Colorado School of Medicine in 2020.

Department of Radiology. Dr. Chin received his MD degree from the University of Texas, and he completed his Nuclear Medicine fellowship at Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Chin’s research interests have broadly included studies of cellular metabolism, and his practice interests have focu sed in targeted molecular imaging and therapy of tumors (
theranostics). He has served as PI in multiple Phase I-III clinical trials of novel radiopharmaceuticals. Dr. Chin joined the faculty at the University of Colorado School of Medicine in 2017.

Dan Litwiller. Ph.D., MBA, is a site scientist with GE Healthcare supporting the new PET/MR installation at the CU-RIC. He received his Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from Mayo Clinic Rochester, where he also began his career with GE
as a site scientist. He spent 5 years at GE’s Applied Science Laboratory in New York City, before moving to Denver in 2019. His research interests include MR application development, deep-learning based image reconstruction,
and automation.

Lakhani is the Director of Finance and Administration for the Department of Radiology as well as the CU Research Imaging Center. He holds a MBA in Health Administration and has been with the University of Colorado for 17+ years in
multiple capacities. He brings extensive knowledge and experience in successfully managing finance and operations of an academic department that is involved in Clinical, Research and Teaching missions.

Ann Scherzinger is a faculty member of the Radiological Sciences Division of the Department of Radiology and of the CU Research Imaging Center. She received her PhD from the University of Illinois and Medical Physics training
at the University of Colorado. Her research interests include developing imaging based biomarkers of body composition and adiposity. |

Silosky, M.S. is the nuclear medicine physicist supporting the CU-RIC as well as Anschutz Medical Campus, UCHealth, and Children’s Hospital Colorado. He received his M.S. in medical physics from the University of Texas
Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences, M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. While he has performed a variety of roles since joining the CU faculty in 2013, his research interest currently focus on small lesion detectability using novel

has been active in the area of adult and pediatric MRI over the past 15 years and has worked at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, Phoenix Children’s Hospital, and Nationwide Children’s Hospital, prior to joining the
University of Colorado in 2022. He obtained his undergraduate degree in biochemical engineering at the University of Southern California in 2001, and his PhD in Medical Imaging from the Mayo Clinic in 2006. He has served
in an editorial capacity for Magnetic Resonance in Medicine, Radiology, Journal of Magnetic Resonance Imaging, and Magnetic Resonance Materials in Physics, Biology and Medicine. Harry’s main interests are in translational
and clinical research of MRI techniques. He has published over 120+ first-author and co-authored manuscripts and book chapters, and holds several US patents in MRI technology.

Brown is an Adjunct Professor in the Radiological Sciences Division of the CU Department of Radiology and is an MR physicist working with CU-RIC, Brain Imaging Center and UC Health. He received his Ph.D. in Physical
Chemistry from the University of Utah and post-doctoral training with Drs. John Gore and Ian Armitage in the Department of Diagnostic Radiology at Yale University School of Medicine studying the NMR relaxation of water protons in tissue.
In 1992, he joined the faculty of the Radiology Department at the University of Colorado, leaving after 4 years to work as a consultant in industry. He rejoined the faculty of CU Dept. of Radiology in 2009. His research focuses
on using In-Vivo Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy to examine the biochemical processes in healthy subjects and in pathology. He is also the Technical Director of The Brain Imaging Center on the CU Anschutz Medical Campus which
houses a research-dedicated MRI system which performs research MRI scans for a wide variety of investigators.

Lopez-Paniagua, Ph.D., is a research faculty member of Colorado's Research Imaging Center. Dr. Lopez Paniagua received his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Cognitive Neuroscience from Colorado State University and post-doctoral training at Georgetown
University. Dr. Lopez Paniagua's research is devoted to the development and analysis of imaging-based biomarkers for translational research projects ranging from pre-clinical studies to large, international drug trials in both academic
and industry settings.
