The Center for Surgical Innovation continues to lead the bioskills industry by hosting over 400 formal surgical trainings every year.

Our collaborations with all three hospitals on the Anschutz Medical Campus (University of Colorado Hospital, Children's Hospital Colorado, and the VA Medical Center) allow for a truly multidisciplinary experience.

Pushing the technological envelope, the CSI has installed direct fiber-feeds to four of UCH's O.R. suites, providing bi-directional audio/visual capabilities that further set our facility apart from any other training center in the nation. These A/V connections allow our trainees to communicate in real time with surgeons performing live surgery across the street, while they train in concert with cadaveric and live porcine models — a truly exceptional learning experience.

The CSI has fostered strong industry relationships, allowing for an extremely robust collection of cutting-edge surgical equipment and technology.

The CSI's new facility location is second to none—only 15 minutes from both Denver International Airport and world-class mountain adventures. Additionally, as the Fitzsimons Innovation Campus moves towards completion, the CSI's attendees will soon have access to a luxurious boutique hotel, multiple restaurants, an award-winning brewery, and much more!
