Meet Our Team

Hello from our Medical Intensive Care Advanced Practice Provider (APP) team!

The Medical Critical Care Track of the APP Critical Care Fellowship Program started in March 2023. The mission of the Medical Critical fellowship is to improve the lives of our patients by preparing fellows to practice at a high level of autonomy and to serve as an integral part of the multidisciplinary team through compassionate evidenced-based care.

As a nationally recognized institution in pulmonary and critical care medicine, our MICU team offers years of clinical expertise, research, and education to APP fellows during their year of training. We are fortunate to be collaborating with the already established and reputable Surgical Critical Care APP Fellowship to provide an even more diversified training with clinical experiences through all of our ICUs and a comprehensive curriculum. In acknowledging the complexity of our patient population, fellows will also have elective clinical time with expert subspecialties throughout the institution.

Our team strives to foster an environment of respect, accountability, teamwork, mentorship, and intellectual curiosity that promotes our growth as individuals and as a team. We look forward to sharing this with our APP fellows to provide a high-yield and fulfilling experience.
