The 8th International Congress on Bone Conduction Hearing and Related Technologies will be hosted by the Colorado School of Medicine from Sept. 6 to Sept. 9, 2023 at the Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center.

The conference will provide a forum for clinical and scientific experts from around the world to present their most recent research and clinical experiences relating to bone conduction hearing and related technologies. The conference invites hearing scientists, audiologists, otolaryngologists, biomedical engineers, and industry to meet and share the cutting-edge developments that define the current state of the art in bone conduction hearing.

This is the first installment of the conference since 2019, which saw more than 600 participants from 30 countries.

Meeting themes include the evolution of bone conduction hearing, sharing clinical best-practices and outcomes, and global hearing health and advocacy for conductive and mixed hearing loss. Participants can expect keynote lectures, panel sessions, podium and poster sessions, and an exhibit hall with opportunities to interact with a variety of industry.

A Message from the Conference President

On behalf of the planning committee, I am delighted to announce the 8th International Congress on Bone Conduction Hearing and Related Technologies (OSSEO) will be held in the beautiful city of Denver, Colorado, US. We have an exciting program planned that will allow participants to share recent accomplishments, renew friendships, extend networks, and explore current and future research and clinical directions. I hope that you will have a productive and fun experience at this premiere conference!

The Colorado School of Medicine Department of Otolaryngology is privileged to host this year’s conference. The Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center will serve as the conference hotel and venue. The hotel was selected for its value, space, and location. The hotel, located in south Denver, offers many amenities, including a complimentary shuttle to nearby attractions and public transportation. Please make your hotel reservation early, as rooms may reach capacity.

For nearly 20 years, OSSEO has provided a forum for clinical and scientific experts to share their tremendous contributions, resulting in improvements in research and care. The 2023 conference program centers around 3 carefully chosen themes to support our future vision of improving care around the world: Evolution, Sharing, and Global Hearing Health and Advocacy for Conductive and Mixed Hearing Loss. Thank you to our participants for their submissions of cutting-edge abstracts, and the 2023 OSSEO Scientific Program Committee for their expertise in reviewing.
