The IMAGE Research Group

Investigations in Metabolism, Aging, Gender and Exercise

Led by Dr. Wendy Kohrt, the IMAGE Group is a national leader in human aging research that is focused on the prevention of disease and the maintenance of functional independence in aging adults. How well we age is strongly influenced by the lifestyles we live. IMAGE investigators study ways we can lessen and prevent chronic diseases in older adults through interventions such as exercise and diet.

We’ve Moved!

The IMAGE Research Group moved to the Anschutz Health Sciences Building in 2022. We are located on the 6th floor of the new building, in close proximity to the Clinical Translational Research Center (CTRC) Outpatient Clinic.
