Research: My research focuses on targeted therapies for leukemia.  I utilize genome-scale RNAi screens to discover genetic targets that can sensitize leukemia cells to tyrosine kinase inhibitor-based therapy.  I use mouse models of leukemia to test novel targets that emanate from these screens.  My hope is to develop rational combination targeted therapies that can eradicate leukemia cells.
