A group of UCHealth employees were recently asked if they were concerned about the emotional well-being of a colleague, nearly all those responding said yes. When those same employees were asked if they were concerned with their own well-being, nearly all said no. So why the disconnect?
During this live webinar, Dr. Justin Ross will give a short presentation about mindfulness practices, coping methods, and ways that we can support the emotional needs of all of us. He will also discuss the many services available through First Call to UCHealth employees, providers and members of the contracted staff. Webinar participants may remain anonymous and can submit questions to Dr. Ross during the session.

But did you know that this service provides access to licensed professionals who are available 24/7 to virtually provide emotional support, crisis support or counseling based on your situation. This service is confidential and free regardless of what type of insurance you have.
