During our HD Clinic, many different specialists see you, your care partner, and family in one visit. At the University of Colorado Movement Disorders Center, these specialists include:
You remain in the same room during your whole visit. The specialists in the clinic work as a team to make sure all the patients' and care partners' needs are met. You see each specialist one at a time. At the end of your time together, each specialist will hand your chart and questionnaire to the next provider and discuss any relevant information with them. This method helps us make sure all your needs are met without the patient or care partner having to repeat themself to each specialist.
