I graduated from the University of Colorado Denver in 2023 where I received a Bachelor of Science dual major in Biochemistry and Biology. After graduation I moved to NJ for a Master of Biomedical Sciences from Rutgers University where I did a capstone project on trauma-induced hypocalcemia. Prior to this role I have worked as a medical assistant in a nephrology clinic and have accumulated a few years of both bench side and clinical research.
Outside of my role at HCTU, I spend a lot of time volunteering and helping with my parents' family business. On the days I need to recharge, I enjoy working out, hiking, fishing, hunting, playing hockey, and drawing. It's exciting to be part of such a unique team that makes an immense impact both on patients' lives and on advancing research.
