Katie Avery

I joined the HCTU in September 2025 and have previously worked with the team as a RAC. I graduated with a B.S. in Psychology from Central Michigan University in 2021 and focused on academic psychology research for a year after graduating. I moved from the Midwest to Colorado in 2022, then made the switch to clinical research around the same time, starting as a Clinical Research Associate at a CRO.

Outside of the office you can find me at a local coffee shop with a new book, spending time with my two cats, going to concerts and shows, or hanging out with my friends. I also love to dance and teach a few classes in Denver during my free time. I’m a huge horror/Halloween fan, so I definitely thrive in the Fall and do my best to embrace the spooky energy all year around!
