With the theme, 'In War. In Peace' the 3rd edition of the New American Arts Festival is the longest Coloradan festival dedicated to bringing together artists and community members from diverse cultural backgrounds to collaborate and perform unique expressions of their heritage.
During the three-week period, we will present 17 New and Original productions, by Native Americans, Refugees, Immigrants, Veterans, People with disabilities, LGBTQ+, and Seniors.
21 days | 17 original productions | Aurora and Denver locations | 200+ performers
The NAAF seeks to explore and present an authentic representation of the stories and people that not only make up our state but that of the Greater United States of America. In this way, we may understand a more honest and full picture of the world, see what needs changing, and more importantly recognize how deeply we are all interconnected in our humanity.
The NAAF is a movement, an affirmation, and an honest reflection of the brilliant multicultural tapestry of Colorado. We look forward to your attendance at one of our 17 new and original shows and for your support as we strive towards giving the underrepresented their due place in the mosaic that is us Coloradans, that is us Americans.
