The DPT degree requires completion of 2.5 years of study (8 semesters), 116 credit hours, and 38 weeks of clinical experience.

*Incoming Doctor of Physical Therapy students assessed non-resident tuition upon admission, should review the requirements for establishing residency, and arrange to meet these requirements in order to be assessed resident tuition after their first year. 

Non-residents who establish residency while in the program should consult the curriculum to view credits per semester when determining yearly cost of attendance.

Students admitted into the program must submit a $1,000 confirmation deposit to hold their place in the class upon receiving an offer of admission. This deposit is applied to tuition and fees for the first semester of attendance.

Students are responsible for travel, housing and living expenses related to clinical education. Our curriculum requires students to complete at least one clinical affiliation in a rural or under-served area. Clinical education costs are variable, depending on location and length of each clinical affiliation experience.​​​​​​​
