Key areas of focus: ethics of deep brain stimulation, schizophrenia
Through a large multisite collaboration, Dr. Gault’s research is focused on resolving ethical concerns and identifying electrophysiological biomarkers relevant to conducting a clinical trial of deep brain stimulation to treat symptoms of psychosis in subjects with schizophrenia.
