​In general, a source of funding (e.g. salary support via clinical productivity) should be identified at the time of application.

At the present time, the majority of the opportunities available are for graduates of the University Family Medicine Residency program (AF Williams or Denver Health), or Swedish Family Medicine Residency.

Consideration will be given to applicants from graduates of other Colorado Family Medicine Residency programs, and from residency programs outside of Colorado.

Please note:

The University of Colorado has a requirement for COVID-19 vaccinations and full completion thereof by 9/1/21 or upon start date. Information regarding this requirement, and exemptions (medical and religious) can be found here.

In addition, COVID boosters are required as of 1/24/2022.

ALL PROGRAMS WILL COMMIT TO ONLINE INTERVIEWS AND VIRTUAL VISITS FOR ALL CANDIDATES, INCLUDING LOCAL STUDENTS AND CUSOM RESIDENT & FELLOW CANDIDATES RATHER THAN IN-PERSON INTERVIEWS FOR THE 2020-2021 ACADEMIC YEAR.
