The Department of Radiology has provides intra-departmental biostatistical support for Faculty, Fellows, and Residents. Our statistical resource team assists researchers with study design, statistical analysis, and interpretation/communication of research findings. Support extends to collaborative authoring grants, IRB applications, conference abstracts/posters/papers, and manuscripts for peer reviewed journals.
Expertise: machine learning, high dimensional data, study design, observational data, statistical genetics and genomics.
Background: Dr. Pattee is a Research Associate in the Center for Innovative Design and Analysis. He holds a PhD in Biostatistics from the University of Minnesota and a BA in Mathematics from Carleton College. Dr. Pattee has an established publication record in methods development, open-source software, and collaborative biomedical research. His other on-campus collaborations include the Department of Anesthesiology and the Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences.
