The Department of Radiology has provides intra-departmental biostatistical support for Faculty, Fellows, and Residents. Our statistical resource team assists researchers with study design, statistical analysis, and interpretation/communication of research findings. Support extends to collaborative authoring grants, IRB applications, conference abstracts/posters/papers, and manuscripts for peer reviewed journals.
Expertise: functional data analysis, high dimensional data analysis, data visualization, statistical programming, dynamic and reproducing reporting, machine learning.
Background: Dr. DeWitt earning his PhD in Biostatistics from the Colorado School of Public Health in 2017. He also holds an MS in Statistics from Colorado State University (2010), along with a BS and MS in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Colorado School of Mines (2005, 2007). Dr. DeWitt has a well established record of collaborative publication. He has also contributed to and released several open-source software packages.
