 Family Warncke

What are your favorite things to do in the Denver Area?

Exploring the Children's museum and Denver zoo with my husband and son, escaping to the mountains for a long weekend, finding new restaurants in and around Denver.

What did you do before Radiology?

I took the non-traditional path from corporate America to medicine after working in Private Wealth Management for two years. Upon graduating from medical school I completed two years of General Surgery residency before "seeing the light" and switching into Radiology. While circuitous, my path to Radiology has allowed me to appreciate how fantastic our program is in terms of overall training, resident/faculty camaraderie, and work life balance. I have thoroughly enjoyed my training at the University of Colorado and look forward to a meaningful career in Breast Imaging over the years to come!
