Lilly Webster is an Adjoint Senior Clinical Instructor in the University of Colorado Physical Therapy Program and a level III clinician practicing in both in the inpatient and outpatient settings at the University of Colorado Hospital across the neuro, trauma, surgery, and burn service lines. Her clinical interests include complex trauma, reconstructive surgery, limb salvage, gender-affirming care, and burn rehabilitation. She has integrated her clinical expertise with a public health perspective to lead clinical quality improvement initiatives, serve on the board of a local pro-bono clinic, and guide international capacity-building programs focused on advancing physical rehabilitation and social inclusion for individuals with disabilities. Lilly is an active member and verified clinician of Humanity and Inclusion’s Rehab Specialized Care Team which deploys globally in emergency response efforts. Her teaching experience spans domestic and international programs from undergraduate to post-professional levels, with interests in health promotion and wellness, and interprofessional education. Within the University of Colorado, she teaches in both hybrid and residential programs and is the Co-Director of the DPT/MPH dual-degree program.
