This hour will be spent with Katherine Reed, LPC, Manager of the Creative Arts Therapy Program and Art Therapist, to explore identity, both individually and collectively, using basic art supplies on paper. Virtual Dinner with Docs (by invitation only)As part of the 2021 Celebrating Difference Week, we are partnering with the Medical Career Collaborative (MC2) to host a special dinner with docs. This event will allow high school students from underrepresented backgrounds an opportunity to meet and get to know a group of physicians who will share their career and education journeys.Wednesday, April 21, 5:30pm-7:30pm, MST 
Health Careers DayStudents from 10 school districts across the Denver Metro area will be participating in this event. Students will be exposed to various careers in the health professions and STEM fields through didactic and interactive virtual sessions with University of Colorado faculty and CHCO team members.Thursday, April 22, 9:00am-Noon, MST

Advocacy 101:  What It Is, and Why You are Important! 
Dr. McDavid is a general pediatrics pediatrician at UH Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital in Cleveland Ohio.  She has over 42 years of
experience in the medical field. She graduated from Case Western Reserve University, School of Medicine.
