About Facilitative Leadership

Facilitative Leadership is a 2-day course that offers program participants a transformational learning experience that expands their ability to lead sustainable change, generate greater engagement in an era of change fatigue, and bring out the best in individuals and teams while achieving outstanding results. 

Curriculum Overview
Specifically, Facilitative Leadership advances leaders’ competence in 7 domains: 

  • How to increase engagement through a compelling vision
  • How to balance and integrate work that improves processes, relationships, and attention to results
  • How to increase buy-in and accountability through greater team member participation in decision-making
  • How to design clearer “pathways to action” that allow team members to help you keep initiatives on track
  • How to more rapidly develop consensus that sticks
  • How to coach others to increase their performance
  • How to validate others’ success and celebrate success
