In July, we welcomed a new Dean of the School of Medicine, who brings a bold new vision of being Top 10 in 10 years.  To do our part in advancing and realizing this vision which I'm confident our Department can achieve, we will need to bring in resources to support all of our missions.  In addition to the generous donations of our grateful patients, we would like to welcome our own community to contribute to our Department, to support our residents who will extend our impact into the future, and to support early scientific sparks and ideas in our Department that could be transformative for our patients and our field.  I invite you to consider making a contribution to our Department gift fund to support new opportunities in the new year here.  We are also creating naming opportunities in the Department including named lectureships and named travel awards, please contact Erika Kroll if you and your family are interested in learning more.
