Thank you for your interest in the MEMRO 2022! Package includes three days of scientific meetings, breakfast and lunch daily, coffee/snack breaks, and admission to the Welcome Reception and Conference Banquet.

Registration will be open until June 14, 2022. After that point all new attendees will need to register onsite during the Symposium.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your registration, you can do so by logging back into your registration account (click "Already Registered?" on this page). Payments for cancellations made prior to May 1, 2022 will be refunded minus a $30.00 cancellation fee. Payments for cancellations made prior to June 1, 2022 will be refunded minus a $100 cancellation fee. After June 1, 2022 no refunds will be provided.

For the Post-Course Excursion to Rocky Mountain National Park, a full refunds for the excursion will be available to those who wish to cancel prior to May 1st. After May 1st, no refunds will be provided. Please note that there is a 30 person minimum for this event and it could be cancelled if that minimum is not met.

If you need to modify any portion of your registration, you can do so up until June 14, 2022 by logging back into your registration account. After June 14th please contact the Conference Services at conferences@colorado.edu for assistance.

*COVID-19 Information

Please refer to the following webpage for COVID-19 information from the University of Colorado. Attendees are required to provide proof of vaccination; if you wish to apply for an exemption please contact us. Only vaccines approved by the WHO will be accepted. Wearing face masks is optional consistent with University policy at this time. All COVID mandates that are in effect at the University of Colorado and the city of Boulder will be followed by the meeting.
