  • Abstract submissions opened in December 2022 and closed May 15th, 2023.
  • Decisions will be sent out on June 12, 2023.
  • The presenting author of the abstract must be registered for the meeting by July 1st, 2023.

Presentation slides can be uploaded at the break prior to each session. All presenters should give themselves sufficient time to do this.

Poster Presentations

Poster boards will be available for the entire duration of the conference. Measurements to be announced.

Student Investigator and Early Career Scholarships

  • Student and Early-Career scholarships will be awarded to the top-scoring abstract submitters!
    • Student: Medical school students, doctoral students, residents, post-doctoral fellows, etc.
    • Early Career: Up to 5 years post-education
  • Scholarships include free OSSEO registration and special program recognitions.
  • Scholarships are self-nominated.
  • Please select the category that best fits you during abstract submission.
  • Winners to be announced on June 12, 2023.
