Dr. Cron is the Director of the Colorado Office of Employment First. She is a well-respected leader in the field of disability having over 17 years of experience working with people with disabilities to live the life that they desire. Her educational background includes a Ph.D. in General Psychology with an emphasis in Cognitition and Instruction and holds an M.A. in Educational Psychology, and a BA in Psychology. Dr. Cron is driven by the belief and value that all people have the right to work, and that support does not come in a one-size-fits-all model.
