Remote Work Agreement: Certification

Welcome to the Remote Work Certification site for the Department of Biomedical informatics (DBMI). This site allows you to review and certify the Remote Work Agreement (RWA) form that you submitted prior to beginning to work remotely.

In order to use the site, please log in to your CU account / https://my.cu.edu/ using your CU Credentials. You will then see the most recent RWA and the option to certify/approve it, or to submit a new RWA if your Remote Work Agreement information is no longer current.

The department requires quarterly certification of RWA agreements; you will be notified via your CU email when a new certification is required from you.
