Community-based clinical faculty members play a critical role in the school’s undergraduate medical curriculum. They serve as preceptors for students in their offices, and teach in Foundations of Doctoring, communication and physical diagnosis courses, which are cornerstones of the medical student experience.
The CU School of Medicine is excited to adopt an all-LIC model for clerkships. Please watch this video to learn about how preceptors and students are engaging, learning, and teaching in this innovative model for clinical education.
