To characterize melanoma tumors for somatic mutations
To study biological roles of several inflammatory cytokines (particularly IL-1, IL-37 and AAT) in the progression of human malignant melanoma
Annotate plasma, serum, WBC, DNA and RNA samples
To identify melanoma-related and host response-related biomarker profiling from blood/tumor from melanoma, squamous cell, and basal cell cancer patients
