The Ludeman Center Women’s Health Innovation Scholar Program (WHINS) is an internal grant mechanism that fosters mentored research career development of early-career faculty who wish to develop independent careers focused on women’s health or sex and gender differences research and pursue translation to patient care. WHINS will provide salary and benefits support of $125,000 for two years guaranteed, with a 3rd being negotiable, plus $35,000 in annual project support funds. One WHINS position will be awarded in this cycle. Projected start/end date: Jan. 1, 2024/Dec. 31, 2025.
