Dissemination & Implementation Methods: Identifying Priority Implementation Strategies for Native Communities

Presenters: Amy Huebschmann, MD Dr. Huebschmann is an Associate Professor in the School of Medicine at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. The overarching goal of her independent line of research inquiry is to implement evidence-based interventions to improve the treatment and prevention of diabetes with attention to health equity and real world care delivery considerations. Lea Sacca, PhD Dr. Sacca is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Population Health & Social Medicine at Florida Atlantic University. Her research interests are focused on designing and implementing evidencebased interventions in the maternal and child health field to improve the well-being of disadvantaged populations including American Indians and Alaska Natives.

Implementation Science Quarterly Meeting - University of Kansas Medical Center

University of Kansas Medical Center will be facilitating a discussion on publishing in Implementation Science journals for this quarterly meeting. We are grateful to have Dr. Rosalyn Bertram, Editor-in-Chief of Global Implementation Research and Applications, Dr. Anne Sales, Editor-in-Chief of Implementation Science Communications and Dr. Shellie Ellis, Associate Editor of Implementation Science Communications in attendance to share their insights and wealth of knowledge. This is our virtual meeting and there will be dedicated time at the beginning of the hour for updates, announcements and networking.
